Dementia 4 is one heck of a standout title. It is most definitely demented but done in such a unique, aesthetic way that you're not likely to forget it in a long while. Let's just give a mention to our very own Hannah Harper who puts in the kind of twisted depraved performance that should win awards and will certainly be tenting shorts the world over. For someone so hot to indulge in such intense sexual acts is a rare thing and she is joined by other hot sluts who have a similar appetite. If you like your action kinky, then sit back and enjoy all the gimp masks, nipple, eyebrow, leg and vag clamps, giant poster tube sized dildo's, ball gags, cellophane wrapped bodies, latex suits, cop uniforms and various other strange sexual accessories. The confusing story starts off as a simple wife swap. Except that one of the husbands isn't on the level and the other finds himself drawn into a very tangled web of deceit, decadence and sexual extremes.
This certainly isn't for the sexually faint of heart, but it's got style, originality and absolutely masses of awesome, twisted sex. With an extra DVD full of extras, this is the complete package.

The day this was written, Hannah Harper announced that she and Sin City were amicably parting ways after three years. While Sin City will be releasing a few more Harper titles in the coming months, Dementia 4 certainly serves as a noteworthy swan song for the breathtaking blonde Brit.
Adorned in high-end fetish fashions and accouterments throughout, Harper and the rest of the A-list female cast engage in some memorably nasty fucking in a high-end property, captured handsomely by director Jim Powers?first-rate, sometimes beautifully striking camera work, wrapped inside vignettes concerning wife swapping and mind fucking that, to be real here, don抰 always make perfect sense. Dementia indeed.
But in porn, the sex is the thing, and here there抯 plenty for your customers ?notably singles and couples into kinky couture ?to get off on.
Dementia 4抯 sexual centerpiece is a prolonged d.p. six-way in which Harper, Sasha Knox and Gia Jordan undergo full body cavity searches care of three cops (Alex Sanders and two compatriots) and a torpedo-sized dil, with a little choking (hey, they are pigs) and rimming thrown in for good measure.
